These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bhutta Limo Service website and transportation services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

Bhutta Limo Service provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, events, and private bookings. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation notice is issued by Bhutta Limousine Service.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information at the time of booking.
  • Any changes to an existing reservation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.

3. Why 24 hours is best

  • It’s industry standard for limo and executive transport
  • It protects your scheduling, drivers, and fleet logistics
  • It sounds firm but reasonable (not aggressive or rigid)
  • It avoids last-minute chaos without scaring clients away

If you want a more flexible but still protective option, here’s an alternative:

Changes to bookings must be requested at least 12–24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and waiting time.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time, tolls, parking fees, or special requests.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance, depending on the service type.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text message to Bhutta Limousine Service.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to appear at the designated pickup location will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Special Event, Hourly & Airport Services

  • Special events (including weddings, proms, concerts, sporting events, and corporate functions) may require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Hourly reservations are billed based on the reserved time and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Airport transfers are subject to the same cancellation policy; however, flight delays communicated in advance will be accommodated when possible.

7. Service Interruptions & Delays

  • Bhutta Limousine Service is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, flight delays, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays outside the company’s control; however, we will make reasonable efforts to provide timely and professional service.

8. Waiting Time Policy

  • Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the service.
  • Additional waiting time beyond the agreed period will be charged accordingly.

9. Client Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Maintain appropriate conduct during the ride
  • Refrain from illegal activities, smoking, or damaging the vehicle
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests

Cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bhutta Limo Service is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or third-party events
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Missed flights, connections, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Bhutta Limo Service and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use customer information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local and national laws.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bhutta Limo Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
