Bhutta Limousine Service
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bhutta Limousine Service website and transportation services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services
Bhutta Limousine Service provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, events, and private bookings. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation notice is issued by Bhutta Limousine Service.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information at the time of booking.
- Any changes to an existing reservation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and waiting time.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time, tolls, parking fees, or special requests.
- Full or partial payment may be required in advance, depending on the service type.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text message to Bhutta Limousine Service.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to appear at the designated pickup location will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Special Event, Hourly & Airport Services
- Special events (including weddings, proms, concerts, sporting events, and corporate functions) may require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Hourly reservations are billed based on the reserved time and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Airport transfers are subject to the same cancellation policy; however, flight delays communicated in advance will be accommodated when possible.
6. Service Interruptions & Delays
- Bhutta Limousine Service is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, flight delays, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
- No refunds will be issued for delays outside the company’s control; however, we will make reasonable efforts to provide timely and professional service.
7. Driver & Vehicle Substitutions
- We cannot guarantee the same driver or vehicle for round trips. Please do not leave any belongings in the vehicle after a point-to-point trip.
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles with an equivalent or larger capacity and may outsource vehicles to a partnering company if necessary.
8. Waiting Time Policy
- Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the service.
- Additional waiting time beyond the agreed period will be charged accordingly.
9. Liability & Personal Property
- Bhutta Limousine Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in any vehicle.
- Bhutta Limousine Service is not responsible for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
10. Client Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Maintain appropriate conduct during the ride
- Refrain from illegal activities, smoking, or damaging the vehicle
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests
11. Cleaning & Damage Fees
The client is fully responsible for any vehicle cleanup resulting from negligence or carelessness, including but not limited to:
- Smoking: $250 fine
- Vomiting: $200 fine
- General cleanup (trash, spills, bottles/cans left behind): Starts at $100+
Additional damage fees will be quoted by the office. If the credit card on file cannot be charged, the client must pay for all damages within 5 business days.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Bhutta Limousine Service and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
13. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use customer information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local and national laws.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Bhutta Limousine Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
